HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT:
NEW CLIENTS: For this first time only please call: MICHAEL ALEXANDER at 503-705-0718 to arrange a mutually convenient time to have your introduction to the Infrared Sauna facility at Anisha.
Briefly: You will have the Sauna Room to yourself when using the Infrared Sauna. In the room along with the Sauna, there is also a rebounder and a shower (bring two towels, one to sit on and one to dry off with). You will have the Sauna room to your self for one hour and usually will use the sauna for 30 minutes.
How many sessions are needed? Most people will feel the benefit after one session, and many people use the sauna, two to three times a month to gain lasting benefit. Using self observation, most people can wisely self regulate the number of sessions needed, this type of regime is particularly relevant when it comes to pain relief and general well-being.
The best results regarding detox happens when the sauna is used daily, or every second or third day for a short period of time. This is why we offer the Detox Package: (Prescription needed from your doctor who should monitor toxin and mineral loss, and to advise on mineral replacement and other dietary needs) Package of twenty sessions, a minimum of three per week to be used within 49 days from purchase.
If you have a toxic history, it is better to work up to the above intensity and if you have health concerns, have chronic issues or disease, your treatments should be monitored by your doctor or naturopath, who can prescribe a sauna routine and suggest supplements to aid in healing.
